During my Christmas stay, I loved the friendly and accommodating staff. They were always available and willing to help with any requests or needs. The jeep tour was absolutely amazing, offering breathtaking views and a real adventure. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, being close to the entrance and making it easy to explore the desert. It was a truly unique experience that I will always remember.
That the shower didn't warm up properly, but it was understandable considering the winter weather. the food options for breakfast and dinner were a bit limited, especially considering the price of the dinner when there were no meat choices available.

Our stay at the camp exceeded our expectations in every way. The location in the heart of the desert was stunning, and our room with its ensuite was clean and comfortable. The Beduins running the camp were not only funny and chilled but also made us feel right at home. The traditional food they cooked for us was the best we had during our time in Jordan. We would love to come back again!

Amazing value for money, the room was clean and comfortable with a fan and AC. The staff at Panorama were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcomed and attending to all our needs. The location amidst the desert was truly magical, and the campfire option in the evening added to the overall experience. Highly recommend this place for a budget-friendly desert adventure.
Breakfast delights could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Peaceful location, friendly staff. Close to sunset viewing area. Good dinner cooked underground, though repetitive. Jeep and camel tours available. Free Bedouin tea, hookah, and Wi-Fi. Tasty buffet dinner and breakfast. Real Bedouin experience. Book at least 2 nights. Good value for money.

The hospitality of the staff was incredible, making our romantic escape truly special. the friendly and attentive service added a personal touch to our stay. the view from our accommodation was breathtaking, providing a picturesque backdrop for our time together. We also appreciated the delicious food, which showcased the local flavors and added to the overall experience.
Although our overall experience was positive, there were a few aspects that could be improved. we found that negotiating prices for attractions, such as the jeep tour and camel ride, was necessary to get a better deal.

I had a great experience staying at a camp in the desert. Faisal, along with his brothers Omar and Hani, made me feel welcomed and ensured that I had a fantastic time. The food served was delicious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were clean. The highlight of my trip was the 6-hour tour with Faisal, where I got to admire the breathtaking views and experience the silence of nature. The camp also organized a camel ride for me, which added to the overall enjoyment. I highly recommend spending a night and taking a tour in this camp for a truly memorable and authentic desert experience.

I recently stayed at Panorama in Wadi Rum for 3 nights during my desert adventure. Hani, the host, was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The jeep tour offered breathtaking views and Hani was patient with us as we took pictures. The Deluxe tent was clean, comfortable, and had a stunning desert view from the window. The staff was incredibly friendly and honest, and the prices were as stated. great value for money and highly recommended.
Totally recommend this hotel.

I had an incredible experience at this camp! From the moment I arrived, I felt at home thanks to the warm and friendly staff. They even picked me up from the visitor center and made sure I had a smooth arrival. The camp itself is just the right size, not too big and crowded like other camps. The food was absolutely delicious, and I loved being able to enjoy the peaceful silence of the desert at night. The highlight of my stay was the amazing tours we did, exploring the desert and taking in the breathtaking views. I can't recommend this camp enough and I would definitely stay here again. a truly memorable and enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing experience at this desert hotel. the staff was always helpful and friendly, making us feel at home. the rooms were clean and well-decorated, with spacious showers. the meals served were delicious, especially the traditional Bedouin dinner. the desert tour on the truck was a unique and captivating experience. We also enjoyed the beautiful star-filled sky at night. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area.
The breakfast lacked variety, but it was still decent considering the affordable price.
